Due to the dangerous nature of working with the fuel or energy systems of vehicles, Hydro Club and Hydro Tuning expressly warns and recommends that any alterations to their vehicles be made by a licensed, certified, and experienced professional. Refunds and returns:
Customer can return an unused hydro cell and expect a full refund of item price within 3 month after purchase. Electronics are exempt of any refunds. Shipping price is exempt of any refund. The refund is the item price only. If price states that shipping is included, the company will refund the price paid, except 29,- for shipping.
Before the refund can be issued, the item has to be send back to Hydro Tuning for inspection. The item should not be tempered with, or opened by the customer. Opened or tempered with items will be void for any refund.
Product warranty
We offer a 2 year warranty on our Hydro Generators.
You need to register your product on our website, within 30 days after receiving the product. After 30 days with no registration, the warranty will be voided.
Simply go to

fill your information and send us a picture of the odometer of your vehicle, with the actual date.
If no photo is being send, or the photo has no documentation of date taken, the warranty will be timely limited to two years warranty on craftsmanship.
To document the date of picture taken, simply write the actual date on a white paper and tape it with clear tape next to the odometer reading.
Warranty of the HC1000 Hydro (stainless steel) generator:
We guaranty that under normal circumstances and usage, our hydro generator will not leak or fail to work. Normal circumstances are: using the recommended electrolyte in the recommended percentage.
Usage of the HC1000 (stainless steel) hydro generator:
. ampere not over 20A
. electrolyte no other than KOH 4% in distilled water
. no mechanical force
The warranty will be void if:
. the security label is being removed, or tampered with
. damages from the outside
. if other than KOH or Sodium Sulfate as an electrolyte was used
. if more than 20A was used at stainless steel plate product
. if more than 25A was used at titanium plate product
. if item was opened, or attempted to open
Warranty claim:
To open a claim, the customer must notify us immediately via “warranty claim submission” on our website, and stop using the product to prevent further damages.
The product must be send into the warranty claims department (see actuall address provided on warranty web page) with a postal tracking number, registered mail, or other proof of delivery.
After inspection, we determine the warranty claims outcome.
We reserve the right to decide to refurbish or replace the product, or damaged parts.
The customer will receive a new product, or refurbished product (if possible) within 60 days after we inspected the product. If due to design changes a refurbishing, or replacement is not possible, we reserve the right to replace the product with a refurbished product, or replacement product similar value and specification. There will be no monetary refund on used items.
The customer is responsible for shipping expenses on his side. We pay for shipping back to the customer.
A warranty claim will not pause, or extend the time frame of the original warranty.
If we receive a product with tempered warranty seal, we reserve the right to confiscate the product without any exchange.
Warranty on electronics:
we have a DOA warranty for 14 days on electronics. If the item is in a NOT working order, you can send it back within 14 days. We will inspect the item and replace it.
Voided warranty on electronics if:
. tempered with it,
. wrongly installed,
. shortened out,
. physically damaged
The customer provides registered shipping with proof of delivery. We provide shipping back to the customer.
We reserve the right to periodically update our warranty and return policies, without further notice.
We will never be held responsible for damages on engines, vehicles, object of any kind, or bodily damages or injuries of any kind. The customer acknowledges that the installation and use of our products is in his /her own responsibility.
We give a mpg gain warranty of minimum of 20% on installations made by us, with our recommended products. If the customer refuses to purchase our recommended product/products, we will not be held responsible if mpg gains might be lesser.
I have read and understand the above and agree to it and will hold no harm to the manufacturer, associates, affiliates and installers regarding any legal issues.
